Preem-O is the perfect salty, peppery, garlicky flavor you’ve been looking for to help raise the steaks on your grilling game.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Start by taking your tomahawk steak out of the fridge. Let it sit until it reaches room temperature, which should take about 30 minutes. This ensures even cooking.
  2. Once your steak is ready, coat it generously with Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning.
    Use a fork to gently poke the steak, allowing the flavors of the seasoning to penetrate the meat.
  3. Pat the seasoning into the steak, making sure it's fully covered. Flip the steak over and repeat the seasoning process on the other side.
  4. Preheat your grill. You want it on a high heat for a good sear on the steak.
  5. Place your seasoned tomahawk steak on the grill. Cook to your preferred level of doneness. For a steak this thick, it might take longer than your average cut.
  6. Once cooked to your liking, remove from the grill and let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
  7. To serve, slice the steak right off the bone, and cut into your desired thickness. Remember, it might get a little messy, but that's part of the fun.
