  1. I’ve been a huge fan on all Dano’s seasoning. But premo is our to go to with beef. The did before I saw the recipe here. I threw some grass fed Filet Mignons on a cast iron 2-3 minutes on each side medium high heat for a nice crunch once done added garlic butter and onions and shrooms. Took the whole pan threw it in the oven at 360 for 6 min and wrapped then let them rest for 10 minutes. Perfect Medium cook with the perfect taste and char.
