Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 large onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • Shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
  6. Add the sliced potatoes and green beans to the skillet. Season with Dan-O’s Crunchy. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are fully cooked.
  10. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
