Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 bottle Dan-O's Crunchy
  • Dan-O's Preem-O seasoning
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz raw horseradish
  • Additional Dan-O's Crunchy
  • Dan-O's Chipotle

Preparation Instructions

Prepare the Marinade:

  • Poke holes in the pork loin with a fork to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  • Place the pork loin in a freezer bag.
  • Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, and 1/3 bottle of Dan-O's Crunchy into the bag.
  • Seal the bag and work the marinade together, ensuring that the honey and Dan-O's Crunchy are evenly spread over the pork loin.
  • Let the pork loin sit in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cook the Pork Loin:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the pork loin from the marinade and place it in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the pork loin from the oven and place it on a grill preheated to high heat.
  • Cook the pork loin on the grill, flipping it consistently to achieve an even sear, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • While grilling, evenly coat the pork loin with Dan-O's Preem-O seasoning.
  • Once the pork loin reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), remove it from the grill and let it rest.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, add 8 oz sour cream, 4 oz raw horseradish, additional Dan-O's Crunchy, and Dan-O's Chipotle.
  • Mix thoroughly.

Serve:

  • Slice the rested pork loin and serve with the prepared sauce on the side.
