Ready for the best Dan corn you ever had? This one here is a Dan-O’s family favorite, which is our take on Mexican-style street corn. First off, if you never had cheese on corn, you’re messing up. If you never had Dan-O’s on corn… well, then you’re really messing up! So let us fill you in on this culinary secret: the Dan-O’s Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe.
There’s a lot of ways to grill corn, so there’s a few ways you can start out. Our favorite way to cook corn is with the husk and silk still on. You can soak your corn for a while to prevent the husk from burning, but we like the charred flavor. Let it grill for about 30 minutes, remove, and then shuck once it cools down. Once you have your grilled, shucked corn, this is where the magic happens.
We talk about putting Dan-O’s in your parmesan all the time! This is where having that bottle comes in handy. All you have to do is butter up your corn, and cover it with your Dan-O’s and parmesan blend… magic! Toss it back on the grill and let that parmesan crust-up to add more flavor and texture. You’ll get just a lil’ char from the cooked cheese. That’s Dan-Good.
If you follow this recipe the way Dan-O does, you’ll have a cheesy, buttery, grilled corn cob with natural herbs and spices that’ll knock your socks off. So get ready to bring your cookout to the next level with the Dan-O’s Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe!
*Note: The recipe calls for enough Dan-O’s and cheese for a full Dan-O’s parmesan bottle. While we recommend keeping this around 😉 you may sprinkle your parm and Dan-O’s to taste instead and reduce the ingredients.
Man, my all time favorite way of eating corn. Thank you, DanO
