Lemon Pepper Chicken Burger

Ingredients
- Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves
- Large tomatoes sliced
- Thick-cut mozzarella cheese
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 burger Buns
For the aioli:
- 2 tsp Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
- 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh preferred)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
Preparation Instructions
- Start by sprinkling your chicken breast with Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning—nice and even, front and back. Cook it up in a skillet or throw it on the grill until it hits that perfect 165°F and gets a little golden on the outside.
- While that chicken’s cookin’, mix up your aioli. Combine mayo, lemon juice, and a couple of tablespoons of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper. Give it a good stir—that’s your creamy, zesty sauce right there.
- Slice up your tomatoes and hit ‘em with a light sprinkle of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper to bring out that fresh flavor.
- Now it’s time to build! Toast your bun, then layer it up—start with the chicken, add those seasoned tomato slices, throw on some mozzarella, fresh basil, and finish it off with a generous spread of that aioli.
