It’s the same beloved crunch and cheesy goodness, but with a zesty Italian flair that’s sure to make your taste buds dance. Trust us, this is one classic that just got a whole lot better!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Italian-O
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • 5 oz fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the baby red potatoes in half lengthwise and score each half with two cuts on each side.
  3. In a 13x9 inch baking dish, pour the melted butter evenly across the bottom.
  4. Shred the fresh Parmesan cheese into the melted butter using a cheese shredder and add 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Italian-O™, and mix well.
  5. Place the potatoes face down in the butter mix in the baking dish, ensuring they fit snugly.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Dan-O’s Italian-O over the potatoes.
  7. Shred any remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the potatoes.
  8. Add a final sprinkle of Dan-O’s Italian-O.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
