Ingredients

  • 1 Dan-O’s Seasoned Beef Patty
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Spicy BBQ
  • 1 slice American Cheese
  • 1 Jumbo Onion
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Pickle Relish

Preparation Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Onion: Slice the jumbo onion into thick rings. You'll need these rings to serve as the bun.
  3. Cook the Burger: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the Dan-O’s Seasoned Beef Patty and the sliced onion rings. Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Outlaw Spicy BBQ over both the burger patty and the onion rings.
  4. Cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked to your desired doneness. Sear the onion rings until they are soft and caramelized, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble the Burger: Once everything is cooked, place the sliced American cheese on top of the patty and allow it to melt slightly.
  6. Use the caramelized onion rings to sandwich the burger patty. Spread the prepared sauce on one of the onion rings before stacking. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
