  • 2 Pieces of Bread
  • An avocado
  • Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Butter

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, and melt the butter. When the butter is melted, break in your eggs and cook to your liking, we prefer sunny side up. Season with Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning.
  2. While the eggs cook, toast your bread to your desired liking, and then cut your avocado in slices.
  3. Assemble your toast by laying the bread on a plate, then the avocado, and then the eggs. Top with more Dan-O’s Crunchy if desired
  4. Enjoy!

  1. The Crunchy Egg and Avocado Toast reads very good. Earlier today I first heard of Dan-O’s from my cardiologist’s nurse: I’m required now to be very salt free due to a recent heart issue. I believe that Dan-O’s will directly assist me to have greater (and healthy) flavor for my meals.

    Given that I must be Heart-Healthy, and also be careful as to sugars due to Type 2 Diabetes, it would be helpful if your recipes included sodium and sugar information.
