Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning
  • 3/4 tsp Dan-O’s Preem-O
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 8 cloves of chopped garlic
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup leftover turkey broth or chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with 1 tsp of Dan-O’s Original, 1 & 1/2 tsp of Dan-O’s Cheesoning, and 3/4 tsp of Dan-O’s Preem-O. Massage the seasonings all over both sides of the chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a sauté pan, sauté 8 cloves of chopped garlic in 3 tbsp of butter until fragrant.
  4. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the zest and juice of 1 lemon to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup of leftover turkey broth or chicken stock to the pan and bring it back to a simmer.
  6. Stir in 1/3 cup of heavy cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Add another tsp of Dan-O’s Cheesening and let the contents of the pan simmer and reduce to half.
  8. Lower the heat and stir in 1/2 cup of Pecorino Romano cheese and 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley. Allow the cheese to melt into the sauce.
  9. Roll the marinated chicken thighs and add them to the pan. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.
  10. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  11. Pull the chicken, serve, and enjoy!
