Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Italian-O Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 2 cups bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled

Preparation Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream. Stir in Dan-O’s Italian-O and Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O, along with your pesto. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Squash the tomatoes gently to release their juices.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and goat cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in a large serving bowl, pour the sauce over the top, and stir until every noodle is coated.
