Ingredients

1 packet Dan-O’s Dips French Onion
3 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning
1 tbsp butter
3 ribs celery, diced
2 cups shredded carrot
½ yellow onion, diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
10 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup Parsley, diced
8 oz wide egg noodles (can substitute bite-sized pasta)
3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, diced
1 cup heavy cream or half and half

Preparation Instructions

Grab a big ol’ stock pot and set it over medium-high heat. Toss in your butter, diced celery, and onion. Let that sauté for about 3 minutes until everything’s gettin’ soft and smellin’ amazing.
Now throw in that garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds.
Next, pour in your broth and hit it with that Dan-O’s Dips French Onion, Dan-O’s Original, and Dan-O’s Preem-O. Give it a good stir, bring it to a boil, then drop that heat down and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Now add your chicken and carrots. Let it simmer another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook your noodles in a separate pot according to the package directions. Whether you’re using uncooked egg noodles or dry store-bought pasta, cook them just to al dente. Pull that pot off the heat the second they’re barely tender, then drain them.
Back to the main pot — stir in the cream, then add those noodles and some diced parsley. Let everything simmer together for a few minutes.
Ladle it up, serve it hot, and get ready for that creamy, herby, Dan-O’s packed goodness.
