Ingredients

Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning
1 tsp Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
⅔ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Chili crisp or oil
2 tbsp honey
Avocado, sliced or smashed

Preparation Instructions

Mix Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning with the honey and set it aside.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a little chili crisp. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese into two separate piles in the pan.
Cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread, then place the bread directly over the mozzarella piles.
Crack an egg into each hole and sprinkle with Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O.
Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are mostly set and the cheese underneath turns golden brown and crispy.
Carefully flip everything over and cook for another minute or so to finish the eggs. If you're after that jammy yolk life, don't let them cook too long.
Microwave the honey so it’s dizzle-able, then drizzle the spicy honey over the eggs, then layer on the avocado. Stack the slices together to make the sandwich.
Slice it in half, admire your work for approximately three seconds, then Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
