Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover chili - or make some following this recipe
  • 2-4 Tortillas
  • 1 -2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sour cream

Preparation Instructions

  1. Warm up your leftover Dan-O's Chili in a saucepan over medium heat until it's hot and thick. No leftovers? No problem—make a fresh batch using this or your favorite Dan-O's Chili recipe.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until they're soft and easy to roll.
  3. Spoon a generous helping of chili down the center of each tortilla. Top with plenty of shredded cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of sliced green onions.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly into a burrito. Keep all that cheesy, chili goodness tucked inside!
  5. For an extra crispy finish, place the burritos seam-side down in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and lightly crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, diced onions, jalapeños, or extra shredded cheese. These Chili Burritos are the perfect way to turn leftover chili into another Dan-Good meal. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
