  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • chopped green onion, sour cream, and shredded cheese for toppings

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil and brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Once browned, drain any fat, and stir in a Dan-O's Chili Seasoning Packet - Mild until the meat is fully coated with bold, savory flavor.
  3. Add the onions and cook for 3–5 minutes until they soften and become fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and beans. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Bring the chili to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally so all those flavors can come together.
  6. Ladle the chili into bowls and top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
