Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
- 1 whole English cucumber
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 8 pieces imitation crab
Preparation Instructions
- Prepare the Cucumber: Use a mandolin slicer to slice the whole English cucumber into thin slices.
- Mix the Dressing: In a large mason jar, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sour cream.
- Add Dan-O’s Crunchy: Add 1/2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Crunchy topping to the jar.
- Add Imitation Crab: Cut and pull apart the 8 pieces of imitation crab into smaller pieces, then add them to the jar.
- Combine Ingredients: • Close the jar tightly and shake it well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Once everything is mixed, add another 1/2 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy to the your salad and get ready to enjoy!

Dan that is a game changer right there. I use miracle wip because I hate most Mayo out there. Dust it with Premo and Boom
Can’t Find the Crunchy in any of our retail stores in the Columbus Georgia , Phenix City Alabama area ?? So Our Walmart carries all the Dan-O’s except Crunchy . With that being said , I made this cucumber salad and used the Blue top instead of the crunchy I can’t find . It is amazing with the Blue top 😋😋😋
Nice Bill. Way to improvise. Most of my Family doesn’t like spicy so I will make it with out the sriracha. Then sprinkle the spicey DanO’s on sperate servings. Also I think a bit of Cheesoning would be great on this.
