These bad boys are packed with flavor thanks to Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak seasoning, fresh herbs, and a creamy, peppery spread that takes things to the next level. Juicy, savory, and stacked with fresh toppings, this is how you do turkey burgers right. Fire up that skillet or grill—it’s time to bring the heat!

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak
  • 1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean
  • Tomato slices
  • ½ cup mayo
  • Gouda cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • Baby arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak, and chopped parsley. Get it combined, but don’t overwork it!
  2. Form into patties and press a small dent in the center with your thumb—keeps ‘em cooking nice and even.
  3. Cook in a skillet or on the grill for about 3 minutes per side, or until they hit 165°F inside.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, throw on your cheese and let it melt all nice and gooey.
  5. Mix mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak to make a bold, creamy spread.
  6. Build your burger: bun, that seasoned mayo, juicy turkey patty, sliced tomato, and a handful of fresh arugula on top. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
