This comforting dish combines tender broccoli florets with the rich, cheesy Velveeta that’s baked to perfection. With just a handful of simple ingredients and adding the Dan-O’s Original you can transform healthy greens into a family favorite.
Here is a little twist:
Try adding Cream of Mushroom soup after you have seasoned the broccoli.
Take 2 large cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of milk (can be whole Milk or 2% Milk your choice).
Spread Cream of Mushroom soup over broccoli, spread evenly and add Velveeta in squares.
Melt 1/2 stick of salted butter
Crumble Ritz Crackers over top of the cheese and pour melted butter on top of crackers.
Bake 350 for approximately 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the Cream of Mushroom is bubbling hot. Yum yum. :):):)
