Ingredients

Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning
2 slices thick-cut bread
2 tbsp fig preserves
6 slices of Brie cheese
3-6 thin slices of Granny Smith apple (optional)
1-2 slices cooked bacon
1 tbsp butter, softened

Preparation Instructions

Cook that bacon however ya like it — crispy, chewy, somewhere in between — just make sure you hit it with a generous shake of Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning before AND after cooking for that next-level flavor!
Lay out your bread and stack 3 slices of creamy brie on each slice. Spoon that sweet fig preserve right over the brie, then pile that seasoned bacon in the middle. Want even more crunch and freshness? Toss on some green apple slices. Pro tip: keepin’ the brie on the outside helps get that cheese melt we’re after.
Butter up the outside of both slices of bread.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and drop that sandwich in. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown underneath. Flip it over, lower the heat to low, and cook another 4–5 minutes.
Now keep it low and slow and flip every minute or two so you don’t burn the bread while that brie gets perfectly melted and creamy inside. Give it another 5–6 minutes until it’s all melted.
Move that masterpiece to a cutting board, slice it in half, and get ready to Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
