Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb. Frozen Chicken Party Wings
  • Hot Wing Sauce (2 Cups)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dan-O’s Cheesoning
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation Instructions

  1. Boil frozen wings for about fifteen minutes, until cooked to an internal 165ºF temperature.
  2. Strain wings and rinse off any white spots that have a coagulated on the meat.
  3. Add 1 cup of wing sauce, 1 tbsp cheesing and 1 tsp red pepper flakes and toss.
  4. Place wings in an air fryer, sprinkle with more Dan-O’s Cheesoning.
  5. Air fry for 30 minutes at 400º or until crispy. Flip the wings at ten minute intervals, tossing with more Dan-O’s Cheesoning as you go.
  6. Prepare your dipping by sauce by combining 2 minced garlic cloves and another cup of wing sauce and pour into a ramekin.
  7. Serve with dipping sauce
