Alright, my friends, have you ever taken a humble potato and turned it into something that’ll make the whole house stop and say, “What in the world did you just make?” That’s what we got right here. We’re talking fluffy potatoes, smashed down and turned into a soft little dough, seasoned up real nice with Dan-O’s Adob-O Seasoning, and crisped in the air fryer till they’re golden and crunchy. Let’s get cookin’!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Dan-O’s Adob-O Seasoning
3 medium gold potatoes
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation Instructions

Cook Potatoes: Peel and dice then microwave for about 10-12 minutes covered.
Smash / Rice Potatoes: Use a potato ricer or smash well until smooth (no chunks).
Season & Mix: Add cornstarch and Dan-O’s Adob-O Seasoning. Mix until it becomes a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Potatoes: Form small potato balls with your hands.
Oil & Air Fry: Lightly coat each piece in oil. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve: Let cool slightly and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
