Easy to Make One Pot Smoky Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½-1 tablespoons Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle Seasoning (use less for less heat)
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz. dried fettuccini pasta
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (more for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Toss the shrimp with Dan-O’s seasoning and the minced garlic.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or pot over medium high heat.
3. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque and curl up.
4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan whisk together the chicken stock, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
6. Add the pasta and boil again, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the noodles are al dente, stirring occasionally. Add more chicken stock or milk if the pasta needs longer to cook and the liquid has evaporated.
7. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with chopped parsley.
