Ingredients
For Salsa:
1 tbsp Dan-O's Crunchy
1/4 tsp Dan-O's Chipotle
1/2 firm pear, peeled and chopped
1/4 Chopped Red Onion
Handful Fresh Cilantro
1 Medium mango, peeled and chopped
1-2 tsp peeled, chopped gingerroot
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
For the Tuna:
2 tsp Olive oil
1-2 Tuna Steaks (Yellowfin Tuna Loin used here)
Preparation Instructions
In bowl, stir together salsa ingredients and set aside
Rinse tuna and pat dry with paper towels
Sprinkle tuna with Dan-O's Crunchy and Chipotle and pat into the skin
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, swirling to coat the bottom of pan
Cook tuna for 4 minutes on each ide, or until it flakes easily with a fork and cooked as desired
