Ingredients
- 1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Dill
- 12-16 oz salmon filet
- a handful of fresh basil
- 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- cucumber - thin slices
- ½ cup feta cheese - crumbled
- ½ cup milk - enough to thin out the yogurt to a drizzle consistency
- 1 lemon, halved
Preparation Instructions
- Season the Salmon: Give your salmon a fresh squeeze of juice from half a lemon, then coat it generously with Dan-O's Dips Dill. Don't be shy—this is where the flavor party starts!
- Bake the salmon at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flakes easily with a fork.
- Make the Creamy Dill Drizzle: In a small bowl, stir a splash of milk into the Greek yogurt until it reaches your favorite drizzle-worthy consistency. Mix in some Dan-O's Dips Dill until smooth and flavorful. If you've got a squeeze bottle, pour it in for easy taco assembly.
- Prep the Fresh Toppings: Thinly slice the basil by rolling 3–4 leaves together and cutting them into ribbons. Chop the tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
- Build Your Tacos: Warm up your tortillas, then layer on the fresh basil, tomatoes, cucumber slices, crumbled feta, and flaky salmon. Finish with a generous drizzle of the creamy dill sauce and an extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice if you're feeling zesty. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
