Prepare the Ribs:
- Coat the rack of ribs in olive oil to act as a binder.
- Generously dust the ribs with Dan-O's Preem-O seasoning.
Smoking the Ribs:
- Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 2.5 hours at 275ºF.
Foil Wrap and Beer Syrup:
- After 2.5 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker.
- Place the ribs meat side down on a sheet of tin foil.
- Coat the ribs with beer syrup.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil and place them back in the smoker.
Continue Smoking:
- Cook the wrapped ribs in the smoker at 275ºF for an additional 90 minutes.
Resting the Ribs:
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them sit for 1 hour to rest.
Serve:
- After an hour, take the ribs out of the foil.
- Slice and serve your perfectly smoked, flavorful ribs!
