Boneless Pork Chops

Flavors Used:

Boneless thin pork chops coated in Dan-O’s original seasoning. Quick and easy to make, pair with your favorite side for a Dan-Good dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 thin Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O's Original seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Baking dish or ovenproof skillet

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Dry pork chops and rub both sides with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Place Flour and Dano's seasoning in a zip-lock bag and toss until covered.
  4. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
  5. Place pork chops in dish or skillet and sprinkle with additional Dano's Seasoning.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.

  1. I used 2 tablespoons instead of the suggested 1 cup of flour and it was still wayyyy too much. There is just a mushy flour coating on the chops. Flavour is pretty good. I added some Dan O’s preemo just before it finished as well.

    1. You do realize you were just supposed to shake them to coat in the flour then take them out of the bag. You don’t put all the flour in the pan to cook.
