Dill Benedictine Dip

Dill Benedictine Dip

Flavors Used:

If you’re looking for a fresh, creamy dip that’s light, flavorful, and perfect for snacking, Dill Benedictine Dip is a Southern classic you need to try. Made with crisp cucumber, dill, and a creamy base blended until smooth, this easy cucumber dip is refreshing, tangy, and packed with herb flavor. It’s the perfect appetizer for parties, picnics, or afternoon snacking and pairs beautifully with fresh vegetables, crackers, chips, or toasted bread. Best of all, this quick Dill Benedictine dip recipe comes together in minutes and tastes even better after chilling in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Dill
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • Diced green onion
  • Bread, veggies, or chips for dipping

Preparation Instructions

  1. Start by peeling that cucumber and giving it a good grate. Once it’s shredded, squeeze or drain out as much liquid as you can—you want flavor, not a watery dip.
  2. Next, grate up a little onion. It doesn’t take much to bring that sharp, fresh bite that makes this dip so good.
Now toss the drained cucumber, grated onion, and the rest of your ingredients into a food processor or blender. Let it whirl until everything comes together into a smooth, creamy, dill-packed dip.
  3. Once it’s blended, cover it up and pop it in the fridge for a bit. Letting it chill gives all those fresh dill and cucumber flavors time to mingle and get even tastier.
  4. Serve it with fresh veggies, chips, crackers, or slices of bread. It’s cool, creamy, and ridiculously snackable.
