Grilled Lemonade Outlaw Chicken

Get ready for a flavor-packed grilling experience with this Dan-good Grilled Lemonade Chicken! Marinated in lemonade and coated with a blend of Dan-O’s Outlaw seasonings, this juicy chicken is perfect for summer barbecues. Not only is it easy to prepare, but it also makes for great leftovers. Use any remaining chicken to whip up a tasty chicken salad for lunch the next day.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dan-O's Outlaw Spicy BB
  • ¼ cup Dan-O's Outlaw Sweet Caribbean BB
  • ¼ cup Dan-O's Outlaw Sweet and Tangy BBQ with Tamarind
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Lemonade (for marinating)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Tenderize the Chicken: Take the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and poke them several times on both sides with a fork to tenderize. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and pound it with a meat tenderizer until it's evenly flattened but not too thin.
  2. Marinate: Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag. Pour enough lemonade into the bag to completely submerge the chicken. Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Prepare the Chicken: After marinating, remove the chicken from the bag and place it on paper towels to dry off. In a bowl, mix the Dan-O’s Outlaw seasonings. Generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken, patting it in to ensure it adheres well.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
