You can do some substitutions for this cucumber salad like swapping a regular onion for a red, and using Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning instead of original. We recommend serving this quick and easy cucumber salad with parmesan crusted scallops.

Ingredients

2 English Cucumbers
½ Onion
1 Roma Tomato
Red Vinegar
White Vinegar
Water
Honey
Dan-O’s Original Seasoning 2-4 Tablespoons

Preparation Instructions

Peel and Slice 2 cucumbers.
Slice ½ onion and 1 Roma tomato.
Combine ingredients into a bowl.
Add ½ cup of red wine vinegar, ½ cup white wine vinegar, a small squeeze of honey and 1 cup of water. Mix and let sit for 1 hour. Enjoy!
