Ingredients

  • 2 Italian sausage links, cooked and diced into small pieces
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons of Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 red and green bell peppers, diced and sautéed
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, diced and sautéed
  • Sourdough bread (brushed with butter & toasted)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixer on medium speed, beat together the cream cheese, garlic powder, Dan-O’s Seasoning, and sour cream until creamy.
  3. Fold in half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a small baking dish.
  5. Top with cooked sausage and sautéed onions and peppers.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve the dip with the toasted sourdough bread.
