Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning®
  • 1 lb mini potatoes (red or gold preferred)
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the mini potatoes in half lengthwise and score each half with two shallow cuts in each direction.
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave, then stir in Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning® until it forms a thick paste.
  4. Spread the paste evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay the potatoes cut-side down on the paste and press gently so the mixture seeps into the cuts.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve hot. Yum yum get ya sum!
