Ingredients

1 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
Your favorite Cheesoning
3 Russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup sour cream
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation Instructions

Crank that oven up to 400°F.
Slice your potatoes into ½-inch coins — thick enough to stay tender, thin enough to get crispy.
Throw those taters into a big bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then hit ’em with your favorite Dan-O’s Cheesoning. Toss it up real good so every slice is coated with that flavor magic.
Lay them out in a single layer on a large baking sheet. No crowdin’ — give ‘em space to crisp. Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until they’re golden, tender, and smellin’ dangerous.
While those are cookin’, mix 1 tablespoon Dan-O’s Dips Ranch into the sour cream. Pop it in the fridge and let that flavor marry up.
Pull the potatoes out, top each one with cheese and bacon, then slide ‘em right back into the oven for a minute or two — just long enough to melt that cheese. Watch ‘em close… we want melty, not burnt.
