  • 3 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs grapeseed oil
  • About 1 pound King Mackerel
  • 1 lemon
  • Dan-O's SEA-soning

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat pan to medium heat
  2. Season fish with Dan-O's SEA-soning thoroughly on cutting board
  3. Place butter and grapeseed oil in pan
  4. Let the butter melt and coat the pan before placing fish in skin side up
  5. Baste fish with the melted butter and grapeseed oil
  6. After 3-4 mins flip and let cook for another 2 mins
  7. After about 2 mins remove from pan and let cool for at least 5 mins
