Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O's Italian-O Seasoning
  • 1/4 1b bacon
  • 1 (12 oz) box fettuccini
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • optional additions: chicken, peas and mushrooms

Preparation Instructions

  1. Sauté bacon until crisp, drain well and crumble.
  2. Cook fettuccini according to directions. Drain well and place in warm serving dish, large enough for tossing.
  3. Add crumbled bacon, butter, cream, cheese, eggs, parsley and Dan-O's Italian-O™ Seasoning; toss until fettuccini is well coated.
  4. Serve and sprinkle with more parsley or cheese if desired.
