Ingredients

2 tbsp Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning
Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning (a sprinkle per egg)
1 lb ground beef
2-4 eggs - depends on how many burger patties get made
2-4 burger buns
arugula
tomato, sliced

Sauce:

1 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup ketchup
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
double this up if you want a dipping sauce for fries

Preparation Instructions

Start by mixing 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O right into your ground beef. Form your patties a little bigger than your bun (they’ll shrink up on ya), then press your thumb into the center so they cook up nice and even.
Throw those patties on the grill or in a skillet and cook ‘em to your perfect doneness.
Now let’s talk sauce. Mix together mayo, ketchup, crumbled feta, and the Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary.
Next up, fry that egg. Grab a small pan, hit it with some oil spray, and sprinkle down a layer of Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning. Crack your egg right on top (keep that yolk intact!) and cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still nice and runny.
