Creamy Mexi-Ranch Pico Dip

If you need a dip that’s chunky, creamy, and packed with bold flavor… this is the one. This Mexi-Ranch Dip comes together in under 5 minutes. Take it to a party and everybody’s gonna ask, “How’d you make that?” You’ve got that ranch kick, fresh pico, and the pop of Dan-O’s Chili Lime + fresh lime juice that makes it impossible to stop dipping. This isn’t just a dip. It’s also amazing as a topper for my Margarita Chicken, or anytime you want to give a dish that Mexi-Ranch kick!
Ingredients
- 2 packets Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch
- 4 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime seasoning
- 2 tubs sour cream (24 oz each)
- 1 container pico de gallo
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
Preparation Instructions
- Scoop both tubs of sour cream into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the entire container of pico de gallo.
- Sprinkle in the 2 packets of Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch.
- Add the Dan-O’s Chili Lime seasoning.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1 fresh lime.
- Mix until everything is fully combined and creamy.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and serve immediately or chill until party time.
