Two of my favorite things in life come together in this delicious Chili Lime Shrimp recipe: Dan-O’s Chili Lime seasoning and shrimp! The shrimp is marinated in a tangy mix of fresh lime juice, zesty chili, and aromatic garlic, creating a flavor explosion. It’s quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for busy weeknights, and it brings a burst of tropical freshness to your table. Whether you serve it over rice, in tacos, or on a fresh salad, this dish will make any seafood lover happy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • A pinch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil
  • Fresh lime, for squeezing over the shrimp

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with a pinch of chopped cilantro and Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the unsalted butter and avocado oil to the pan.
  3. Once the butter has melted and the pan is hot, add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. After about 1 minute, start flipping the shrimp. Cook for an additional 30 seconds until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Once cooked, turn off the heat. The shrimp should be done cooking after a total of about 2 minutes.
