Creamy. Cheesy. Loaded with bacon. And packed with bold ranch flavor from Dan-O’s Dips Ranch + Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch. This one isn’t just a dip… it’s basically a whole meal in a baking dish. Every bite hits. Let’s rip into the flavor!
Bake the Bacon + Chicken: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the bacon: Lay bacon strips evenly on one side of the sheet. Sprinkle ½ of the Dan-O’s Dips Ranch packet over the bacon.
Prep the chicken: Slice chicken into strips and place on the other side of the same baking sheet (or use a second sheet if needed). Sprinkle with the remaining Dan-O’s Dips Ranch and toss to coat.
Bake the Bacon until it is crispy, about 25 minutes.
Bake the chicken until it is fully cooked (165°F internal temp) about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Transfer bacon to a cutting board to cool slightly, then chop into pieces. Set aside about ⅓ of the bacon for topping. Reserve 2–3 tbsp of bacon grease for the breadcrumb topping.
Let the chicken cool for 5 minutes, then dice into small cubes.
Make the creamy dip base: In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dan-O’s Ranch Dip packets, and Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch packet. Mash and stir until smooth and fully combined.
Stir in cheese + chicken + bacon. Mix in the shredded cheese to the creamy dip mixture. Fold in diced chicken. Fold in ⅔ of the chopped bacon (save the rest for topping).
Bake the dip: Spread mixture into a 9x13 baking dish (or large casserole dish). Smooth into an even layer, then cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Make the bacon-grease breadcrumb topping: In a skillet, add ⅓ reserved chopped bacon, breadcrumbs and reserved bacon grease. Toast over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and crispy.
Finish and serve: Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the baked dip. Add the reserved bacon on top. Serve hot with chips. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
Yummy!!! Delicious!
