Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Italian-OSeasoning
  • Cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Remove the cherry tomatoes from the vine and slice them in half. Halve the mozzarella balls. Tear the fresh basil leaves into large pieces.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: On each skewer, thread the ingredients in the following order: half cherry tomato, piece of basil leaf, a mozzarella ball. Repeat the pattern until out of ingredients.
  3. Once all skewers are assembled, lay them out on a serving dish.
  4. Once all skewers are arranged, drizzle them with olive oil, followed by a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the skewers generously with Dan-O’s Italian-OSeasoning.
