Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning
  • 2-4 oz Parmesan cheese
  • Pasta noodles of your choice

Preparation Instructions

Prepare the Seasoning:

  • Add Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning to a pan over low heat to extract and activate the herbs. Heat briefly, then remove from heat.

Cook the Pasta:

  • Bring water to a boil in a separate pot. Salt the water generously.
  • Add pasta noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Prepare the Cheese:

  • Finely shred 2 oz of Parmesan cheese into a bowl.
  • Add a touch of Preem-O Seasoning to the cheese shreds and mix.

Combine Pasta and Cheese:

  • When the noodles are done, reserve a ladle of pasta water and pour it into the cheese blend. Stir to reach the desired consistency.
  • Turn the pan with the Preem-O Seasoning to medium heat.
  • Combine the pasta water, noodles, and cheese sauce in the pan. Stir until you reach the desired consistency.

Serve:

  • Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.
  • Top with fresh Parmesan and a pinch of Preem-O Seasoning.
