Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenderloins
  • Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 8oz bag of Flamin’ Hot Nacho Doritos
  • 4 eggs
  • flour
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning your chicken tenderloins with your favorite seasoning, I prefer Dan-O’s original.
  2. Grind an entire 8oz bag of Flamin’ Hot Nacho Doritos until crumbly.
  3. In a separate bowl beat 4 eggs with a slash of flour and add a couple splashes of water or milk.
  4. One at a time, dip each tenderloin into the egg mix and let them drip for at least 6 seconds.
  5. Transfer to the crumbled hot Doritos mix and coat thoroughly.
  6. Set aside on a plate or pan and start preheating some high smoke point oil to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Fry 3-4 minutes until the thickest strip reads 165 Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer.
  8. Transfer to a paper towel lined tray and let them cool. Enjoy!
