Homemade Breakfast Hot Pockets

Homemade Breakfast Hot Pockets

Flavors Used:

Remember those classic Hot Pockets commercials? The ones that convinced us a molten lava pocket was the breakfast of champions? These Breakfast Hot Pockets bring back all that nostalgic goodness—only this homemade version is flakier, cheesier, and way more Dan-Good. Packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham, gooey melted cheese, and buttery crescent roll dough, these breakfast pockets get an extra boost of bold flavor from Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning. They’re easy to make, perfect for meal prep, and ideal for busy mornings when cereal just isn’t cutting it. Bake up a batch until they’re golden brown, let them cool for a minute (trust us—you don’t want to relive the molten filling days), and enjoy a breakfast that’s every bit as convenient, but a whole lot more delicious.

Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 4-6 oz shredded cheddar cheeses
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 packages of crescent rolls

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it's nice and bubbly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Preem-O Seasoning. Pour the mixture into the skillet and scramble the eggs just the way you like them. Once they're almost done, stir in the diced ham and shredded cheese until everything is warm, melty, and packed with flavor.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently press the seams together if needed. Cut the dough into evenly sized rectangles. Pro tip: Keep the dough chilled while you work—it’s much easier to handle when it's cold.
  4. Spoon a generous dollop of the egg mixture into the center of half of the dough rectangles. Place another rectangle on top and use a fork to crimp the edges, sealing all that cheesy goodness inside.
  5. Arrange the breakfast pockets on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown and flaky.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before digging in—the filling will be hot! Serve warm and enjoy a grab-and-go breakfast loaded with Dan-O’s flavor. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
