This has become my new favorite Dan snack this summer. The sweet, juicy pink pineapple paired with the bold flavor of Dan-O’s Chipotle seasoning creates a delightful explosion of sweet and savory tastes. This combination doesn’t stop there; you can also add it to salads and salsas, or enjoy it as a side dish!

Tip: If you ain’t sneezing, you ain’t seasoning!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of Dan-O’s Chipotle
1 fresh Pink Glow pineapple

Preparation Instructions

Remove the skin and cut the pineapple into 5 slivers.
Preheat your grill to high.
Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Chipotle liberally over the slivers of pineapple.
Place the seasoned side down on the grill.
Season the other side with chipotle.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until you see a nice char on both sides.
Enjoy your grilled pineapple as is or with your favorite dish!
