What cheeses for my Mac & Cheese Bombs?

If you’re asking what Cheese to use for my Mac & Cheese Bombs, then you’ve come to the right place. You’re going to want a creamy melting cheese, think American, Monterey jack, and or something along those lines. For layering, Dan used mozzarella for the bottom and top layers but if you want something more consistent with the Mac & Cheese then you might wanna use one of those creamy melting cheeses we mentioned. Finally, if you need a good Mac & Cheese recipe then look no further than our Spicy Dan-O’s Baked Mac & Cheese!
