Flavors Used:

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dan-O’s Chili Seasoning Packet - White Chicken Chili
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern beans, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Let’s Make It!

  1. Cook the Chicken: Add the olive oil to a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and break it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula as it cooks. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Do not drain the liquid from the pot; leave the chicken juices and olive oil to add flavor to the chili.
  2. Add the Seasoning: Add the Dan-O’s Chili Seasoning Packet - White Chicken Chili to the cooked chicken. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated and the seasoning is well incorporated without any clumps.
  3. Add the Chicken Stock and Beans: Pour in the chicken stock and add the Great Northern beans with their liquid. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Simmer the Chili: Reduce the heat to medium-low and bring the chili to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and the chili is hot.
  5. Add the Cheese: Ladle the chili into serving bowls, making sure to include plenty of the flavorful broth. Top each serving with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and gently stir, allowing the cheese to melt into the hot chili for a creamy finish.
  6. Serve: Serve the Creamy White Chicken Chili hot and enjoy. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
