Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • Dan-o’s Chipotle Seasoning (optional)
  • Spreadable brie
  • 3 Chicken breast cutlets
  • Arugala
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Hawaiian burger buns

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning into your breadcrumbs.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken cutlets generously with Dan-O’s Original Seasoning.
  4. Dip the seasoned chicken into the beaten egg, then transfer it to the seasoned breadcrumbs. Toss and coat each piece until it's covered in crispy, Dan-O's-packed goodness.
