Now this right here is a next-level sip—Dan-O’s Peach Spritz! We’re mixin’ sweet peach, smooth bourbon, a little jalapeño heat, and that smoky Chipotle kick for a flavor combo that just hits different. Top it off with some bubbles, and you’ve got a drink that’s fresh, bold, and straight-up Dan-O-Myte!

For a mocktail version, replace Prosecco with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and don’t add bourbon.

Ingredients

For the simple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

For the Cocktail

  • 1/2 oz Dan-O’s Chipotle simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • ½ Ripe Peach (peeled)
  • 1 slice Jalapeño (adjust to taste)
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3-4 oz Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine
  • Garnish: lime slice and/or mint sprig

Preparation Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup: Pour equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until dissolved (liquid is clear), and remove from heat. Immediately stir in Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning and lime juice. Let cool and then strain well.
  2. Muddle: In a shaker, muddle the peach, jalapeño slice, and simple syrup until the peach is juicy and fragrant.
  3. Shake: Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and ice to the shaker. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and a sprig of mint.
