It’s crisp, it’s zesty, and it’s got just the right kick to wake things up. One sip in and you’ll know… that’s Dan-O-Myte!

Ingredients

For the simple syrup

1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

For the Cocktail

Dan-O’s Chili lime simple syrup
2 oz Bourbon (e.g., Maker's Mark, Bulleit, or Jim Beam)
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3-4 oz Ginger Beer (to top)
Garnish: Fresh Mint Sprig & Lime Wedge/Wheel

Preparation Instructions

Make simple syrup- Pour equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until dissolved (liquid is clear), remove from heat.
Immediately stir in Chili Lime seasoning and lime juice. Let cool and then strain well.
Prepare: Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
Add the bourbon and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Finish: Stir gently, garnish with mint and/or lime, and serve
