Dan-O’s Hunt for Outlaws UGC Content Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Dan-O’s Hunt for Outlaws UGC Content Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of completing an Entry (defined below) are 18 years of age in the state of residence and are legal residents of the United States. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of Dan-O’s Seasoning, LLC (“Sponsor”) and parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies; any marketing agencies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the prize provider (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and, as applicable, the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Any individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Sponsor ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on February 22, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals may enter the Sweepstakes as follows (“Entry”):

Facebook or Instagram: Post a photo or video featuring you and a Dan-O’s Outlaw seasoning blend taken at a participating Walmart store location where the Outlaw seasoning blends are sold on your personal social media page. The photo or video must tag Dan-O’s Seasoning and include the official hashtag #outlawsinWalmart and #sweepstakes. Photos and videos must be 1) an original photo or video taken by the entrant, 2) clear and not blurry, 3) have good lighting, and 4) must be a Dan-O’s Outlaw seasoning blend and not any other seasoning product.

Limit one entry per individual entrant during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of which social media platform the photo or video is posted. Any additional entries will be disqualified. Entries that do not include the required hashtags or fail to meet the guidelines may be disqualified. All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

If you do not have a Facebook or Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Facebook and Instagram terms apply (as applicable). Your Facebook and/or Instagram account must be set to “public” in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner has been announced.

4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:
Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

• is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
• promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
• is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
• defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
• contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
• contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
• contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
• contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
• contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;
• communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
• violates any law.

Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous prizes, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received, for a total of one (1) winner during the Sweepstakes Period, on or around February 23, 2026. The draw will be held at 3195 Terra Crossing Blvd, Louisville, KY 40245. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner via direct message on the social media platform (Facebook or Instagram) from which the winning entry was selected.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner must sign and return any documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. If the potential winner (i) is determined to be ineligible, (ii) fails to respond to the initial verification message within one (1) week of notification or after three (3) attempts (whichever occurs first), (iii) fails to return all required documentation fully executed within the specific period of time, (iv) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) declines to accept the prize, the potential winner forfeits the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected based upon a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Up to three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which such prize will remain unawarded. Prize will be sent to winner(s) via email at the email address provided at time of winner confirmation. Properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than provided for in the Official Rules.

6. PRIZE(S)
One (1) Walmart gift card valued at $1,000 USD. Gift card is subject to Walmart’s terms and conditions. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.

Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize will be the responsibility of the winners. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. The winner cannot substitute, transfer or redeem the non-cash portion of the prize for cash. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor, other than that specified herein. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES/PUBLICITY GRANT
By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such Entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, applicable profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Parties, Meta Platforms Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, illegible, postage-due, mutilated, incomplete or delayed entries, emails, mail or other communications, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems related to unauthorized human intervention or for technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications, which may prevent the receipt of an entry or otherwise limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

As a condition of entering, each entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (i) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages and (ii) that any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Furthermore, as a condition of entering, each entrant agrees that submission of an Entry constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any testimonial statement provided by entrant for purposes of advertising, marketing, and trade, in any medium in connection with the Sweepstakes, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LEGAL WARNING
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION (INCLUDING AUTOMATED ENTRIES OR USE OF AI) OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules (and void all associated entries), and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in its sole discretion based on all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed, entrant’s sole remedy shall be another entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules for clarification purposes, even after the Sweepstakes Period has begun.

11. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY
Except as set out below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky and the federal courts located in the Eastern District of Kentucky for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.

12. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

13. WINNER LIST
For the names of the winner(s), send an email to sweepstakes@danosseasoning.com with subject line “Hunt for Outlaw UGC Content Sweepstakes” by no later than 3/31/2026.
