Dan-O’s Dips Mexi-Ranch
1 bag (28 oz) of mini tater tots
6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup freshly chopped green onion
1.5 cups sour cream
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
8 oz Velveeta, cubed

Preparation Instructions

Start by bakin’ those tater tots. Spread ’em out, give ’em a light spray of oil, and hit ’em with Dan-O’s Tac-O Seasoning. Bake until they’re crispy, golden, and ready to party.
While those tots are doin’ their thing, grab your bacon and sprinkle it with Dan-O’s Chipotle before cooking—trust me, this is where that smoky heat comes in. Bake the bacon according to the package instructions until crispy, then chop it up.
Cut the Velveeta into ½-inch cubes so it melts nice and smooth. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cheese cubes and about ½ cup of milk, then keep stirring. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon Mexi-Ranch and stir constantly until everything’s melted, creamy, and smooth—about 5 to 10 minutes. Once it’s perfect, pull it off the heat.
Grab some wide-mouth mason jars and start layering. Tater tots on the bottom, then cheese sauce, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Repeat those layers until the jars are stacked to the top with flavor. Or let people build their own!
